Jessica Cheng earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was the executive editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law. While in law school, Jessica was a research assistant with Guarini Global Law & Tech and held leadership positions in the Asian-Pacific Allied Law Students Association, the Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law Society, and the Women of Color Collective. Jessica was a summer associate at Perkins Coie with the Technology Transactions & Privacy practice in 2022 and 2023.
Prior to her law career, Jessica earned her B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia Engineering, where she was an Egleston scholar, and worked as a software engineer for a large bank holding company.
