Jessica Cheng assists clients with technology and IP matters across a variety of industries, including software, AI, media, and entertainment. She has experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements involving outsourcing, software and IP licensing, media distribution, and professional services. Jessica also uses her software engineering background to help clients seeking to launch new products and features incorporating AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies.
Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters.
Jessica earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law, where she was the executive editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property & Entertainment Law. While in law school, Jessica was a research assistant with Guarini Global Law & Tech. She was also a summer associate with our Technology Transactions & Privacy practice in 2022 and 2023.
