As the director of revenue operations, Jerome Learson is responsible for the overall leadership of Perkins Coie's billing, collections, and financial operations teams.
Jerome is charged with driving efficient and effective processes and delivering a consistently high level of operational excellence and client service across the firm's revenue functions.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Jerome spent almost 18 years working in the healthcare industry. His most recent role at a New Orleans-based nonprofit health system saw him leading over 130 staff members of the revenue cycle team. His management of clinical reimbursement operations aided the organization in streamlining financial operations and reinventing workflows that were pivotal to the success of the nine-location system.
