Jeremy Keeney is a seasoned antitrust lawyer with extensive experience in antitrust litigation and counseling, merger reviews, and civil and criminal government investigations. In addition to traditional antitrust theories of liability, Jeremy’s practice focuses on data use, information sharing, algorithmic collusion, and labor markets. Jeremy has worked on antitrust matters in many industries, including health insurance, mobile devices, aerospace, cannabis, high-tech, media, chemical, energy, natural gas, and oil.
