Jennifer Huseby
Jennifer Huseby assists clients in technology, media, and intellectual property (IP) transactions, deal support, and product counseling.
Her experience includes drafting and negotiating merger and purchase agreements, services agreements, development agreements, licenses, terms of use, and other similar transactions for technology, content, and hardware. Jennifer also counsels clients, including large public and private companies and private equity firms, on the IP-related legal aspects of corporate transactions. Working in a range of industries, she represents emerging growth and established companies in the gaming, entertainment, software, e-commerce, and renewable fuel industries.
Jennifer has an active pro bono practice that includes representation of refugees in connection with political asylum petitions. She is also involved in representing veterans through the National Veterans Legal Services Program by assisting with combat-related special compensation, and with other pro bono projects that help protect and advance reproductive rights.
Jennifer received her J.D. from University of Michigan Law School, where she was an editor for the Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review. She was also an intern for the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Jennifer is fluent in Korean.
