Jassiem combines his strong computer science skills and legal experience to deliver innovative solutions in patent litigation.
Informed by his technical background, Jassiem Moore understands complex software and technology and can develop precise and effective legal strategies across a wide range of technologies, including distributed computing, DRM software, video codecs, and RFID tags. Jassiem has experience drafting motions, including 12(b)(6), 12(c), summary judgment, claim construction, and pre- and post-trial motions. He has also litigated and negotiated settlements for class-action lawsuits brought under various privacy statutes, as well as argued in claim construction hearings and presented technology tutorials to courts.
Committed to pro bono work, Jassiem frequently participates in initiatives that help veterans gain access to benefits that are rightfully theirs.
