Jamiesyn D. Aliano has represented clients involved in various aspects of the entertainment and media industry, as well as those in the technology and consumer products industries. Jamiesyn’s experience includes drafting and negotiating IP and content license agreements, as well as collaboration, production, services, IP assignment, software as a service, joint venture, and endorsement agreements. She also has extensive experience advising public corporations and private equity firms on IP and technology aspects of M&A, carve-outs, spinoffs, financings, and other corporate transactions.
Jamiesyn is skilled in identifying and analyzing IP issues, including with respect to branding, AI, employee rights to IP, open-source software, protection of confidential information, and chain of title. She previously served as a secondee at Amazon Web Services and Major League Baseball, providing legal support across various business teams.
