Sue advises companies on a broad range of corporate governance, SEC disclosure, and executive and equity-based compensation issues.
Sue Morgan counsels public companies on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting, proxy disclosures, shareholder proposals, and executive and equity-based compensation. She also advises companies and their insiders on Section 16, Rule 144, and insider trading reporting and compliance.
Sue is an author of the Executive Compensation and Disclosure Handbook and a contributing author of the Public Company Handbook.
