J. Carr Gamble represents entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and venture funds throughout all stages of the business life cycle. He regularly advises on a broad range of corporate governance and transactional matters, including initial company formations, debt and equity financings, and general corporate counseling.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, J. Carr developed his skills as a capital markets lawyer, where he gained experience representing underwriters and issuers across a diverse range of major market debt and equity transactions. J. Carr graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2022, where he served as Financial Editor of the Virginia Law & Business Review.
