Hunter Blackburn-Clapes

He supports attorneys through the trial phase of litigation, assists in arbitrations, consults with attorneys on trial technology options, presents electronic evidence using trial technology, implements war room and courtroom technology solutions, and attends and provides technical expertise during trial. He has experience in both in-person and remote court settings.

Since 2009, Hunter has assisted with more than 450 trials (jury and bench) spanning many areas of law, including commercial contract disputes, medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defects, eminent domain, patent infringement, employment, wrongful death, and insurance claims. As a former independent trial consultant, Hunter has developed a wide-ranging set of skills and a passion for visual storytelling that he brings to the courtroom. He has experience in graphic design, video editing, and 3D modeling. With extensive experience for both plaintiffs and defendants, he offers an informed perspective from an outside point of view when asked to provide such feedback.
