Holli Giffin
Holli Giffin performs first-level, privilege, and escalation review for a variety of litigation and internal review matters. Holli has experience using e-discovery platforms and tools such as Relativity and DISCO.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Holli was a litigator practicing in the areas of criminal defense, employment law, personal injury, and administrative law. She has extensive experience drafting and arguing motions, preparing for depositions and trials, and conducting witness interviews. She has conducted both jury and bench trials in a vast number of criminal cases.
