Hiro leverages his robust M&A experience to lead complex cross-border and domestic transactions for clients in the technology, healthcare, and energy industries.

Drawing on his experience in three of the world's most dynamic business markets—New York, Silicon Valley, and Tokyo—Hiro Koda guides public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, through every phase of the transaction lifecycle.
