Hayden regularly represents developers, landowners, lenders, and borrowers in transactions spanning a wide range of asset classes, with significant experience working in the data center and digital infrastructure sectors. He also represents commercial mortgage-backed securities special servicers in complex loan portfolio transactions, including modifications, assumptions, note sales, forbearance agreements, discounted payoffs, foreclosures, and real estate-owned dispositions.
