Grecia M. Saenz
Grecia M. Sáenz advises and represents corporate and individual clients in a variety of commercial disputes and transactions.
Her practice focuses on helping owners, contractors, design professionals, and consultants in construction projects, including drafting and negotiating agreements, advising clients on claim avoidance strategies, and representing them in litigation and alternative dispute resolution when claims arise.
Grecia has experience defending private contractors, employers, and individuals in tort and commercial claims in the industrial, manufacturing, construction, hospitality, and entertainment industries. She has represented multinational corporations in negligence actions, including product liability, premises liability, and environmental torts. Her experience includes handling all aspects of litigation. She has drafted and defended motions, taken numerous depositions of fact and expert witnesses, drafted discovery requests and responses, and successfully defended clients in both jury and bench trials. In 2022, she served as trial counsel for a prominent construction company and obtained a favorable jury verdict for claims of construction negligence and premises liability.
In addition, Grecia's scientific background and chemical research experience provide her with a skilled perspective on the technical aspects of her clients' practices, projects, and products.
