Gail P. Runnfeldt
Gail Runnfeldt advises companies engaged in combinations and control transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and private equity investments, as well as related debt and equity financings.
Gail also represents numerous companies as primary outside counsel with respect to a variety of issues including contract interpretation and drafting, regulatory and compliance matters, and corporate governance issues.
Prior to joining the firm in 2000, Gail was a partner with the Seattle firm of Karr Tuttle Campbell, P.S. (1986-2000), and an associate and partner with one of its predecessor firms, Sax and MacIver (1979-1986). Gail is a frequent speaker and panelist on M&A and general business issues. She is a member of the American, Washington and King County Bar Associations and the University of Chicago Law School Alumni Association.
