Guy advises various private equity funds and fund managers on fund formation, fundraising, deal structuring, investor relations, and business development.
Guy Joseph drafts and reviews term sheets, private placement memoranda, and other related documents for private funds, co-investment funds, alternative investment vehicles, and funds of one. He also works with clients on limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, and subscription agreements.
Guy has experience performing legal research on both domestic and international tax issues, including permanent establishment risks and U.S. tax exposures in foreign jurisdictions. He also advised clients on U.S. and foreign tax considerations that concern foreign asset acquisitions and foreign real property acquisitions.
Committed to pro bono work and community service, Guy served as a tax preparer for qualified low-income families and holds leadership positions in nonprofit organizations.
