Everett J. McLean II is a seasoned litigator with a focus on employment law. He represents employers in state and federal court on a range of matters, including breach of contract and pay equity Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) matters.
Everett has negotiated and drafted settlement agreements that resulted in the dismissal of all claims with prejudice. He prepares and counsels clients on case-by-case and template severance and release of all claims agreements with a high level of detail.
Everett is an active member of the legal community and maintains memberships in the California Association of Black Lawyers and the Charles Houston Bar Association.
