Eric has provided transactional, governance, and securities-related guidance to public and private companies for more than 30 years.

Eric DeJong advises companies in a range of industries on mergers and acquisitions, representing both buyers and sellers in public-to-public, private-to-public, private-to-private, carve-out, and private equity transactions. He also works with public companies on U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, capital markets transactions, and corporate governance matters. 

Eric’s securities offering experience includes initial and follow-on public offerings, debt offerings, and private investment in public equity financings. In addition, he represents private companies in venture capital and other private financing transactions and general corporate and business matters.

Eric is a longtime member of the Corporate Act Revision Committee of the Washington State Bar Association's Business Law Section, which is responsible for considering and proposing changes to the Washington Business Corporation Act.
