Elizabeth Gardner

Elizabeth Gardner provides a wide range of employment-related representation and counseling.

She has experience facilitating internal investigations, defending employers in discrimination litigation, working with clients on traditional labor matters, and advising clients on sensitive internal issues. Elizabeth regularly drafts and reviews documents such as offer letters, separation agreements, and employee handbooks. In addition to her labor and employment work, Elizabeth also provides assistance with research, document drafting, and local counsel representation in litigation matters in other practice areas, ranging from complex commercial litigation to probate litigation.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Baylor University Law School, where she served as senior articles editor of Baylor Law Review. Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth clerked for U.S. Magistrate Judge Jeffrey C. Manske of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Waco Division, and was a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2020.
