For more than a decade, Elise has guided technology companies through their highest‑stakes disputes in federal courts and at the International Trade Commission, with a particular strength in transforming complex analyses into persuasive narratives that win at summary judgment, at trial, and on appeal. Her technical casework spans semiconductors, networking, voice and video conferencing, AI and machine learning, wireless and life sciences—anchored by a business‑first approach shaped by years managing executive relationships before she became a lawyer.

Elise has delivered successful outcomes for her clients at every stage of litigation. In a 2024 jury trial in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, she led the damages case from inception, drafted and argued successful Daubert motions, conducted the direct exam of the damages expert, and prepared fact witnesses across the line. These efforts resulted in the court vacating the jury’s damages award. In another matter, she dismantled a nonpracticing entity’s case by uncovering fraudulent patent ownership claims and litigation funding issues resulting in a successful summary judgment of no standing. She has prevailed on Daubert motions excluding every damages theory, prompting settlement.
