Ed Wes advises clients, particularly emerging companies, on a variety of matters including capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. He assists clients with private financings of debt and equity securities, public offerings, joint ventures, and technology transfer transactions. In his role as corporate counsel, Ed oversees the work of litigation and IP law specialists.
