Dylan Niederland earned her J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law. She graduated summa cum laude, and served as senior staffer, federal circuit subcommittee chair, Vol. 74, for the American University Law Review. Dylan also authored the forthcoming publication, The Software Inducement Paradox.
Dylan was a summer associate in Perkins Coie’s San Diego office in 2024.
