Danielle Sivalingam’s business litigation experience includes litigating bet-the-company cases for multinational corporations in state and federal courts. She has deep experience working on complex disputes including those regarding trade secret misappropriation, founder conflicts, consumer class actions, false advertising, and breach of contract.

In her political law work, Danielle litigates voting rights cases and election law disputes.
