Daniel J. Glenn
Daniel Glenn advises clients on a variety of intellectual property (IP) matters, with an emphasis on trademark selection, prosecution, and enforcement.
He works with companies of all stages and sizes, from startups to large organizations, on a wide range of IP and brand protection issues related to trademarks, copyrights, and domain names.
Daniel is experienced in managing large, international trademark portfolios for domestic and international clients across a diverse field of industries. He regularly counsels clients on trademark clearance and risk assessment for company names, product names, slogans, and logo designs, and helps companies develop and implement IP enforcement strategies to combat misuse and infringement in the United States and abroad. Daniel also has experience representing clients before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and regularly assists with intellectual property due diligence for corporate transactional matters.
In addition, Daniel maintains an active pro bono practice and regularly assists nonprofit organizations with their trademark and brand protection issues.
