As a legal project manager (LPM), Dana is responsible for overseeing client-facing projects, performing data analysis, and providing high-value, tactical solutions in line with the firm’s Strategic Plan.
Dana Lee Mueller employs project-management oversight, principles, methodologies, and tools to increase success and scalability, ensuring that engagements align with the firm’s growth and profitability objectives. She also implements collaborative and sustainable practices, increasing efficiencies that create predictability and transparency with clients.
In addition to her current role as an LPM, Dana Lee has experience in the firm’s Professional Standards department and Patent Prosecution & Portfolio Counseling practice, enhancing her ability to support successful high-profile client engagements among various practice teams.
