Craig Fagan's counsel to clients draws on both his work in private practice in private equity, M&A, and growth capital transactions and as general counsel for a global AI-driven software as a service provider to banks, financial institutions, and fintech clients.
With more than a decade of experience, Craig has handled a wide range of transactions, including growth capital investments, acquisitions, and commercial transactions in the U.K. and international markets. Craig advises clients in industries including technology, fintech, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, energy, clean tech, and construction.
His work is informed by his executive-level experience overseeing fundraising processes and equity transactions, legal and regulatory matters, and new jurisdiction expansion and governance.
