Courtney has experience in complex product liability litigation, commercial contract disputes, post-accident investigations, and strategy and risk assessment.
Courtney Schirr defends manufacturers of complex products in a range of industries, with an emphasis on serving clients in the aviation, construction, and consumer products sectors. She represents clients on both the plaintiff and defense side of matters in a variety of forums, including federal and state courts and private arbitrations.
