Colin Lubelczyk is a litigator who focuses on complex commercial cases. He has extensive experience drafting appellate briefs and dispositive motions in consumer class actions, contract disputes, and data privacy cases. He also frequently provides advice to companies regarding compliance with various privacy statutes, especially those that regulate biometric data.
Colin received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Harvard Law School. After graduating, Colin served as a law clerk to the Hon. Dennis Jacobs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and to the Hon. Cormac J. Carney of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
