Cole is an associate in the firm’s Litigation practice.
Cole Cribari handles complex civil litigation disputes, both in litigation and prelitigation, with a large focus on arbitration. Much of his practice involves contract claims and business torts, spanning jurisdictions across the country. Cole works in a wide variety of industries, including renewable energy, app-based gig work, and software development.
Cole also gained experience working on technology-related matters as a law clerk with the firm’s Technology Transactions & Privacy Law practice in 2022. As a former financial technology consultant, Cole applies his industry knowledge to quickly understand the variety of issues facing modern businesses.
