Christine offers clients strategic guidance on corporate governance, fundraising, equity structuring, and growth initiatives.

Christine Tran advises founders, venture firms, and investors on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex technology transactions, including venture financings and commercial contracts. She focuses on innovation and long-term value creation in the technology sector. Christine leads deal teams through all phases of transactions, from due diligence to drafting and negotiating key documents such as financing agreements, convertible notes, and corporate governance resolutions.

Committed to social justice, Christine maintains an active pro bono practice and has supported the American Civil Liberties Union Freedom of Information Act cases and provides legal assistance in immigration matters.

While in law school, Christine gained valuable experience as a legal extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California and as a law clerk in the Office of the Attorney General’s Health Quality Enforcement Section.
