Christina Rugo

Christina counsels companies through all stages of their corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate counseling, venture capital and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Christina Rugo's prior experience includes counseling multinational and U.S.-based clients in the technology, energy, hospitality, and healthcare industries on venture capital financings, investments, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures.

While earning her J.D. at Santa Clara University School of Law, Christina served as an in-house intern at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where she worked closely with its general counsel and internal legal team on various litigation, public company reporting and general corporate matters. Additionally, she served as the managing editor of the Santa Clara Law Review, which published her student comment, "Blue Skies Ahead: Clearing the Air for Information Privacy in the Cloud." She also worked as a judicial intern to the Honorable Vanessa Zecher and the Honorable James Towery at the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara.
