Christian Moller

Product liability litigator and counselor Christian defends manufacturers against lawsuits and claims alleging design defects, negligence and failure to warn worldwide.

Christian Moller is a co-author of A Manufacturer's Guide to Product Liability Law in the United States, and he has represented aviation and aerospace clients for the past 30 years.

Christian defends and advises makers of commercial and general aviation aircraft and helicopters, and industrial and consumer products. Areas of his counsel include:

  • Claims involving turbine engines, engine accessories, and fuel systems in a wide range of aircraft
  • Advice on terms and conditions of sale for product sellers, product warnings and instructions, labels, placards, and pre-injury releases
  • Guidance on compliance with the laws and regulations enforced by the CPSC, FAA, FDA and other state and federal agencies

Product Recalls

In the area of product recalls, Christian advises on pre-recall planning, global reporting requirements, and recall implementation processes. His recall experience includes a range of consumer products, including:

Product Liability Workshops

Christian is one of the leaders of the firm's annual product liability workshop that simulates real-life scenarios that educate participants about ways in which manufacturers' management and employees can reduce present and future exposure to product liability risks. He provides a practical, hands-on approach to demonstrate to attendees that litigation prevention, risk management, regulatory compliance, and proper incident response are a companywide responsibility.
