Caleb works on patent litigation matters in Federal District Courts and the International Trade Commission.
Caleb Woods focuses on various technical fields including power management systems, network security, network architecture, data storage, LEDs, and other diverse industries. He advises clients through evaluations and developments on patent invalidity and non-infringement in patent litigations. Caleb also contributes to pro bono projects in post-conviction criminal and immigration procedures.
Caleb attended Columbia Law School, where he was a member of the Black Law Students Association and participated in the school’s Challenging the Consequences of Mass Incarceration Clinic, and the paralegal pathways initiative.
