Byron C. Starkey
Byron Starkey assists clients in a variety of litigation and regulatory matters.
He has experience researching and analyzing environmental issues involving the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), as well as assisting major utilities with various state regulatory issues.
Byron has worked on matters involving utility regulatory compliance, municipal administrative appeals, guarantees of pipeline liability, eminent domain, and contract disputes. He also has experience representing clients in state court, including jury trial experience.
A graduate of The George Washington University Law School, with high honors, Byron served as a member of The Federal Communications Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Byron was a social science and elementary education teacher with Teach for America.
