Benjamin Pardue is an associate in the firm's Construction & Real Estate Litigation practice.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Benjamin focused his law practice on assisting emerging growth companies through financing, equity, and corporate governance matters. He also has experience in early-stage corporate financing, corporate formation, employment law, employee benefits and compensation, bankruptcy, personal injury, and insurance defense.
While earning his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, Benjamin served as a Hazelton fellow, contributing to literature about international intellectual property (IP) law. He also co-authored Understanding the Principles and Practice of Legal Oncology, 1ed (McGraw-Hill 2022).
Prior to his career in law, Benjamin spent several years in the insurance industry, where he contributed to the resolution of coverage and liability disputes, uncovered and investigated alleged insurance fraud, and supported reinsurance treaty negotiation. During this time, he earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation with the American Institutes for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
