Aubrey Zimmerling

Aubrey is an associate in Perkins Coie's Corporate & Securities practice in the firm's Phoenix office.

Aubrey Zimmerling works with teams to advise public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. Aubrey has experience guiding clients through the legal due diligence process in transactions across sectors such as healthcare, software and technology, transportation, agriculture, renewable energy, construction, manufacturing, and home goods.

Aubrey also works with teams to provide general business counseling and guidance on entity formation, fund formation, corporate governance, restructuring, and regulatory matters, including advising clients on entity planning, structuring, dissolution, and foreign qualifications.

Aubrey serves as co-chair of the Phoenix chapter of the Women's Forum.

Prior to law school, Aubrey taught secondary mathematics from 2013-2020 in Denver, Colorado and Memphis, Tennessee.
