Aubrey Zimmerling works with teams to advise public and private companies, as well as private equity sponsors, on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. She has experience guiding clients through the legal due diligence process in transactions across sectors, such as healthcare, software and technology, transportation, and renewable energy.
Aubrey also supports clients with general business counseling and guidance on entity formation and dissolution, restructuring, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.
Aubrey serves as the Phoenix office Women's Forum liaison.
