Ashley has extensive experience in environmental law, particularly in advising on key sections of the Clean Air Act, including Sections 111, 112, and 129.
Ashley Maiolatesi provides strategic legal counsel and communications support on a wide range of rulemakings and actions, with a focus on oil and gas, municipal solid waste landfills, polyether polyols, stationary combustion turbines, and solid waste incinerators. She has conducted thorough legal research and drafted numerous briefs, memorandums, and other legal documents to support litigation efforts, including cases before the District of Columbia Circuit Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. Additionally, Ashley has been instrumental in litigation defending offshore wind permitting and exploration activities.
Ashley is committed to a robust pro bono practice. This includes securing civil protection orders, representing clients in domestic violence hearings, and drafting educational materials for nonprofit organizations.
