Anne Li
Anne represents developers, property companies, financial institutions, lenders, and investors in a wide range of real estate matters across asset classes, including vacant land, office and industrial buildings, real estate owned (REO) property, and real estate-related assets.
Anne Li also advises clients on development of major infrastructure projects and renewable energy projects and assists in site control and property procurement for development.
Her experience includes purchases and sales, development and leasing of projects, construction and term loan financings, fund formations, joint ventures, and management of real estate assets throughout the United States. She regularly counsels clients on title, survey, zoning, crossings, and other due diligence matters for real estate, development, and renewable energy projects. Anne also has significant experience handling the real property aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions and representing clients in corporate real estate matters.
