Annamarie Carty
Annamarie Carty is an associate in the firm's Corporate & Securities practice. She assists with a variety of legal matters, including debt and equity offerings, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and securities law compliance.
During her time at Lewis & Clark Law School, Annamarie served as the managing editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review and the vice president of programming for the Student Bar Association. She also volunteered at the Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic and was previously a legal intern with the Office of the Federal Public Defender, District of Oregon.
Outside of the office, she coaches a local high school mock trial team, competing at both the state and local level.
