Anna Onley

Anna Onley serves as patent counsel to clients ranging from startups to Fortune 20 companies in electronics, software, and telecommunications technologies.

Anna helps clients with invention harvesting, domestic and foreign patent application drafting and prosecution, patent portfolio management, opinion work, and risk management counseling.

Anna has specific experience working on matters relating to consumer electronic devices, mobile application architecture, cybersecurity, privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs), streaming media, augmented/virtual reality (AR/VR), Internet of Things (IoT) devices, application programming interfaces (APIs) and interface engines, artificial intelligence (AI), telematics, medical devices, automotive electronics, and smart building systems.

Prior to her career in law, Anna worked as a software developer for a research medical center and offers a decade of compliance-focused information technology experience.
