Anna is a strategic adviser navigating complex and novel project development challenges across public and private projects.

Anna C. Avendaño counsels and represents clients throughout the project development lifecycle, including initial planning, contract negotiations, and project controls, and advises clients on operational strategies and dispute resolution.   
 
Anna advises project owners; independent power producers; and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors in the planning, development, and management of large construction projects. She has extensive experience advising clients on significant construction projects on public infrastructure projects, including representing public entities in public procurements or mega-infrastructure development projects. 

Anna represents clients across the energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and education industries. She advises on major infrastructure developments, including data centers, commuter rail and public and private transportation, and commercial projects. Anna has drafted and negotiated $5 billion worth of construction, EPC, automation, manufacturing, supply, and related agreements.
