Ann works with clients to develop a legal structure and compliance framework for their business, beginning with incorporation through all stages of growth. She regularly guides companies and investors through equity and debt financing transactions, including seed-stage, angel, venture capital, and private equity investments. She also represents buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and other liquidity events.
