Duy Nguyen has experience handling complex litigation and regulatory matters, including securities, copyright infringement, government investigations, products liability, and employment discrimination.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Duy was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Denise J. Casper of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He began his law career as a litigator at an international law firm in New York City, working on various complex, high-stakes matters.
Duy graduated with honors from Boston College Law School, where he served as executive notes editor for the Boston College Law Review. He also externed for Justice David A. Lowy of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and was a student attorney for the Boston College Law School’s Immigration Clinic. Duy received his bachelor’s degree in history and religion from Emory University.
