Angela Chen Griggs
Angela Griggs is a patent litigation associate and a graduate of the UC Berkeley School of Law, where she earned an Intellectual Property Certificate from the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology.
Angela has experience working with experts during claim construction, preparing pre-trial briefs, and managing the discovery process. Her recent cases involve computer networking systems, telecommunications, digital rights management (DRM) technologies, and early drug development.
Prior to her legal career, Angela spent several years as a regulatory medical writer for large pharmaceutical companies and was a strategic lead on several drug development pipelines. Angela has extensive life science laboratory experience, specifically in endocrinology and metabolism. Her graduate work focused on the role of epigenetics in disease development and gene expression. Angela is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO).
