Andy Shawber has over a decade of experience representing companies, underwriters, investors, and entrepreneurs in a wide range of industries on corporate and securities matters.
In particular, Andy has advised emerging companies and investors on startup and corporate formation matters, executive and equity compensation, and securities compliance matters, as well as conducted venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions such as IPOs and various follow-on and uplisting transactions.
