Alix Johnson counsels emerging and established companies in connection with technology, privacy, and intellectual property (IP) issues across a variety of industries, including hardware, software, e-commerce, education, digital media, internet, and nonprofits.
Alix's work experience includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to matters such as IP rights, software as a service (SaaS), cloud computing, software licensing, data licensing, technology outsourcing, and the procurement of professional services.
With a particular interest in immigration, asylum, and minor child guardianship cases, Alix commits significant time to pro bono efforts.
