Alina Litoshyk
Alina Litoshyk focuses on technology transactions within the life science, biotechnology, semiconductor, silicon, and complex service delivery industries.
She advises clients on transactional matters that include patent and trade secret licensing and collaborations related to product development, manufacturing, and distribution.
Alina has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial, intellectual property (IP), and technology agreements that help bring novel technologies to market. She has done work involving innovative cancer therapeutics leveraging in vivo CAR-T cell engineering and securing the IP rights and manufacturing capacity for the next generation of advanced artificial intelligence (AI)-optimized chips.
Alina also advises on IP aspects of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic investments. She has previously represented life science biotech companies in complex commercial and patent infringement disputes, and has also been involved in Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) trials and proceedings before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
