Alexander Porro
Alexander Porro is an associate in Perkins Coie's Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice.
Alexander represents entrepreneurs, emerging companies, and venture funds throughout all stages of the business life cycle. He has experience advising on initial company formations, founder arrangements, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and complex commercial transactions. Alexander has also counseled clients on matters relating to commercial contracts, employment, intellectual property (IP), and corporate governance.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Alexander was an associate at a boutique corporate law firm. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, where he participated in the Innovation Clinic and the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship.
