Aisha Noor advises clients in connection with tax and estate planning, premarital planning, wealth transfer planning, trust administration, and probate matters.
She counsels clients on, and drafts, trusts, wills, powers of attorney, limited liability company agreements, and pre- and post-marital agreements.
Previously, as a finance attorney, Aisha drafted and negotiated credit agreements, security agreements, commitment papers, and related ancillary documents for complex commercial financing transactions ranging from a couple million dollars to multiple billions of dollars of debt. She also provided risk management, fiduciary compliance, corporate governance, regulatory and other legal advice, and solutions to private equity sponsors, company management teams, and financial institutions in multiple jurisdictions and industries, including energy, retail, entertainment, and healthcare.
