Agatha Kluk partners with emerging and high-growth companies seeking to successfully grow their businesses. She provides strategic counsel at every stage of the company life cycle, from ideation and seed funding to initial public offering or acquisition. Having scaled her own firm, Agatha assists clients with the full range of emerging company needs, including startup formation, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Agatha is particularly skilled at helping founders build nimble and fast-expanding consumer, e-commerce, and digital direct-to-consumer businesses.
Beyond corporate transactional work, Agatha has functioned as a general advisor to founders and boards when navigating sensitive issues such as product recalls and board and executive stakeholder challenges. Venture and angel investors turn to Agatha for guidance on investment transactions in the consumer and retail, e-commerce, fintech, and cleantech sectors.
Agatha has collaborated with a wide range of leading businesses, including Monograph, Pietra, Better.com, Ami Colé, and the Outset, among others.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Agatha built and grew a boutique law firm, Kluk Farber Law, from a solo practice to a team of more than 20. Her firm was acquired by Perkins Coie in 2022.
She is a frequent writer and speaker on issues relating to diversity, entrepreneurship, and the law.
