Aaron M. Holloway is a real estate partner who advises investors, developers, owners, managers, funds, landlords, and tenants on complex commercial real estate transactions across the United States. His practice encompasses the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of large-scale real estate assets—including mission-critical facilities supporting hyperscale and enterprise technology operations—as well as an active practice in data center development, powered land and colocation transactions.
Aaron’s transactional work spans the full spectrum of commercial real estate, including purchase and sale agreements, ground leases, net leases, joint venture formation and governance, and portfolio and single-asset acquisitions. He also advises on real estate transactions involving data centers, powered land, colocation and mission-critical facilities, including site acquisition, development, leasing, and infrastructure-related transaction issues. He represents commercial landlords and tenants in retail, industrial, logistics, warehousing, office, and headquarters leasing, as well as SNDAs, estoppels, and other deal-specific instruments critical to institutional closings.
Known for being business-minded and practical, Aaron is a true partner to his clients—a go-to dealmaker who understands that the goal is not just sound legal work, but getting transactions closed.
